Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order, but here are the situations:

Unpaid orders, you can cancel by yourself. Please follow the below steps:

Registered Users:  

Click "Orders" or "Need Help" > "Track My Order" > Cancel the order


Click "Orders" or "Need Help" > "Track My Order" > Add an email address to get order info > Check your email and click the link > Click “Cancel”

Canceling before picking--No restocking fee, full refund.

Canceling after picking--Restocking fee: $0.5/item.

Canceling after forwarder’s pick-up--Order cannot be canceled; can be returned after receiving ( subject to return policy)
